I live in Raleigh and love that I can get your milk at my local Harris Teeter.
I love that the bottles are reused.
I remember in Germany, everything comes in glass bottles, though the deposits are smaller, the idea is the same.
Though recycling is good, reusing is even better.

Just tried your chocolate milk, bought at Harris Teeter.
It's the most wonderful silky smooth chocolate milk I have ever tasted!
I will be a repeat customer now forever and will look for other products.
I will also make the drive out to your store and pick up ice cream.
Thanks for a fabulous, organic product that is locally produced, reasonably priced and delicious.
The glass bottle must be returned to Harris Teeter to be recycled, but not a problem.
It reminds me of growing up and having milk delivery in Atlanta in glass bottles.

I love your EGG NOG and wait patiently every year for it to arrive at Whole Foods...
Thank goodness it is already in the store in time for the holidays.
Love it in my morning latte-nice and frothy.

Subject: Commendation for Sarah and Ashley
I wanted to take the opportunity to make you aware of an extremely pleasant visit that my wife and I had with several of our friends on Wednesday,
September 24, 2008 at Maple View Ice Cream Store #2 in Hillsborough, NC.
Sarah and Ashley displayed tremendous customer service, were very pleasant to us and other customers in the store.
They even took the initiative to inform us of the different varieties of soup that will be available in the near future.
We are from Durham and frequently visit this location to enjoy your excellent products.
The level of customer service demonstrated by Sarah and Ashley will ensure continued success of your business.
It isn’t often that people encounter great customer service and it is especially refreshing to see younger people that know how to please the customer.
A job well done!!!
Sincerely,
Michael Tilley

Opening the storefront on Weaver Street in Carrboro was genius on your part.
Closing it so early in the evening is a little dumb. While it's still warm at night, especially.
And think of those big dances held around the corner at the Carrboro Century Center most Friday and Saturday nites.
People coming out of those dances, from 9:00PM on, would LOVE some of your ice cream!
Please stay open until 10:00PM thru September, at least!

I'm searching for local whole foods (not WholeFoods the national chain) and was directed to your site from
Mae Farm
which raises humanely-grown pigs, goats and beef.
I'll have to bring a cooler on my next jaunt to the Raleigh area so I can enjoy your locally raised dairy products.
After reading
The Omnivore's Dilemma
I began to seek-out farms like yours and to give locals as much of my food budget as possible.
Thanks for being here and doing it all right.

We love your milk.
How wonderful to have nice glass bottles, that we just found out were returnable.
My children will no longer drink milk out of cardboard or plastic... your milk tastes fresh and is wonderful.
We thank Harris Teeter for carrying your products.

Greetings from the windy city!
Thanks for the virtual tour of your farm.
Too bad your products, specially your ice cream, is not, and won't be, available in Chicago.
I fully agree; you have to maintain freshness of your products.
All the best.

Can the bottles be returned to the store of purchase?
Are they re-used?

From Farmer Bob:
Yes, please return the bottles to the store of purchase, or any other store that carries our products!
We count on the bottles coming back so that we can reduce purchases of new bottles and reuse resources.
An important part of our milk processing plant is the bottle cleaner!
See it in our virtual tour!
- Farmer Bob.
Hi! I uesd to enjoy your products when I lived in Durham.
I now live in Wilmington, NC, and would like to know if your products are available snywhere in Wilmingon?

By a stroke of Luck I stumbled upon MVF.
My twins had their 7th birthday recently at MVF.
The staff and their family-like approach drew us to this place.
We enjoyed it throughly!
My kids came away with a new appreciation for dairy farms.
This is a beautiful place, which is totally non-commercial!
Allison makes a great host!
We were thrilled to have the owner himself come out and enjoy some cake!
These memories will last a life-time for our family!
I would recommend this place to anyone for any kind of party, not just birthdays.

We buy your milk at the Leesville Harris Teeter and milk, butter and cream at the Wade Ave Whole Foods.
I'm mainly writing to say we love the addition of butter to your offerings at Whole Foods.
Those imported cultured Irish and Scandinavian butters have excellent competition on the shelf.
Also, I have to say I am an ice cream snob now--it's Maple View or homemade only!
Keep up all the great work you do to take care of your land, herd, and customers!
Thank you!
